Olivier Mainguet is a tax and social security lawyer specialised in employee international mobility, general compensation & benefits as well as taxation issues for individuals. He has outstanding experience in designing and implementing incentive plans, tax optimisation schemes for international companies transferring high profile individuals from one country to another, acquired both as an external adviser and in-house legal counsel.

Olivier began his career in 1994 at Landwell & Associés the affiliated law firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers. For 6 years, he has been in a position to advise leading world companies about their employee mobility policies and compensation issues in an international context.

As from 2001, himself an expatriate in the UK and in Greece working for Coca-Cola HBC (listed company of over 6.5 billion € total turnover and 36,000 employees), Olivier has been in charge of their International Assignees management (150 expatriates). He has there designed and implemented a new International Transfer Policy. Also he has taken a great part in the transfer of the Head Office from London, UK to Athens, Greece.

Returning to Paris in 2005, he joined the law firm Vaughan Avocats where he set up and ran a department focused on International Mobility, Compensation & Benefits. He left the firm in 2010 to join Intervista, bringing his practice with him.

Oliver holds a Masters Degree in Law from the University of Rennes I (Erasmus – KU Leuven, Belgium – 1991) and a DESS [postgraduate diploma] in European Law (Tours – 1992).
